@Kathbum Cross contamination is the biggest issue, my nieces have it and I tear my house apart cleaning in case one crumb appears(my kids are made of gluten). Loads of things have gluten that you wouldn’t expect(so don’t eat any play dough) but the CoeliacUK app is good for checking
