@easyJet We’re still without our bags from the 7th. We’re in Mallorca. No one can tell us whether our bags are still in Birmingham or not. It’s an absolute joke. We’ve already spent £300 on essentials!! All 4 of our cases are missing!

Staff at Palma have no idea about the situation! They aren’t any help. Given us the number for Menzies who aren’t answering. Entire flight don’t have luggage!

@easyJet arrived at Palma Mallorca from BHX. Only 8 yes EIGHT cases on board for an entire full flight!! We used self check in. Whole flight did so none of us have any bag receipts. How do we track & locate our baggage!? Urgent help please!
