我看到很多人说SemiAnalysis的报告中提到CPO部署比预期慢是造成今天下跌的原因，我也去认真看了下他们说的，我说下我的一些想法：

1. 我们在辩驳之前需要先知道他们的核心观点是什么：他们认为2027年供应链没准备好，CPO大规模量产要等Feynman代那也就会到2028-2029。

但我们仔细来看看呢？

首先他们的数据有点自相矛盾，因为他们先说scale-out CPO 2026年只出10,000-15,000台，这一点没问题确实采用缓慢，但关键是同一篇文章后面又说Celestial AI（他们被Marvell收购）预计2028年底达到$1B收入运营率，且Amazon已经在为Trainium 4签合同、发放认股权证。

那么我的理解是 他们认为$1B run rate会凭空出现，那是否说明2027年就必须开始大量备货、供应链爬坡。对吧，不然你逻辑不通因为你不可能2028年底突然出现$1B，而2027年供应链什么都没准备好，所以我坚信爬坡期就是2027年。

2. 我认为他们混淆了scale-out和scale-up的时间线，在文章里SemiAnalysis说”2027供应链没准备好”这句话主要针对的是scale-out CPO，但CPO的真正大市场他们自己也承认是scale-up。而scale-up CPO的关键供应商恰恰需要在2027年就开始爬坡，才能支撑2028年的大规模部署。所以即便scale-out推迟，激光器供应商在2027年就是关键瓶颈，需要提前建产能。

3. 他们的逻辑走下来就是供应链没准备好导致CPO推迟从而让相关公司受损

这个逻辑是成立的，但如果你金融角度来看你会发现供应链是瓶颈，这也恰恰说明上游稀缺供应商的定价权和战略价值更高。

4. 文章用Meta在ECOC 2025发布的CPO可靠性数据说事，认为15个交换机、15M端口小时的测试量不够，行业需要更大规模的数据才能推进部署，但这个论点本身就证明了时间线在推进：Meta愿意公开发布这些数据，本身就是在为CPO大规模采购背书。可靠性数据不是阻碍，而是路标。

5. 文章把cpo 描述得像一个还在等待验证的技术。但Broadcom的Bailly交换机已经量产出货，Davisson（TH6）今年就在发货。这不是2027年才会发生的事，这是现在进行时，当然他们自己也写了这一段，但我认为在结论部分没有充分体现这个事实的重量。

并且关于他们本身，我是认为他们的客户主要是超大规模云厂商的采购决策者和系统级投资者，所以他们的价值在于告诉这些人”现在还不用all-in”，帮助客户避免过早承诺。

注意这些客户是不是你？你是不是其目标读者？

所以这也造就了一个视角天然会低估上游供应链的战略价值，也会低估资本市场对预期的提前定价，所以他们分析的是部署节奏，不是投资时机。

他们的文章是给系统玩家看的，不是给投资者看的

同时不要因为一点点下跌就开始说“我说的很对 你看跌了吧 cpo什么都不是 太早期了” 这样的言论，你或许是行业从事者，但你不是金融从业者，反之亦然。

所以我认为SemiAnalysis的结论是给系统买家看，系统买家会觉得现在别急着all-in CPO部署。但这个结论如果被其他客户群体看到，他们会认为：CPO的爆发比预期晚，相关预测虚高，这两件事根本不是一回事。

并且今天都在跌………真的没必要说别的

顺便说一句，今天SIVE跌得比LITE少，有人说是因为SIVE的持有者都是FOMO买家、不懂技术所以还没跑。

但我的理解恰恰相反：真正研究过SIVE技术基本面的人——16波长DWDM激光器、Ayar Labs唯一点名的光源供应商——在这种恐慌性抛售里反而不会第一个出手，因为他们清楚自己持有的是什么。

跌得少不一定是FOMO，也可能是持有人更有conviction。
