@Shinkaboutit@ameritrav@zapatas_mom She did not consent to all parties. She did not consent to the mass invite. She was incapacitated once the intense drug/alcohol use took effect. Not all of the other men involved were on K. Some even took drug tests to prove they didn’t take it and their results were negative.
@BN7953313043838@ameritrav@zapatas_mom Reading comprehension is key & so is knowing how to read a room/person. If something starts out consensual & then the other person isn’t so sure anymore, it’s a hard NO. If there is heavy alcohol/drug use involved = NO. Sending “free p*ssy”texts to frat to join = NO.
@Shinkaboutit@ameritrav@zapatas_mom Your quoting what Doe texted & think that’s clever. Possession & distribution of Ketamine as a party drug is illegal, so the “sexual stuff” that happened on K was actually illegal.
@NancyMace Except, she didn’t consent to all of them. She was drugged out. There were 7 she remembered, but there were lots more in and out of the room who could have participated and weren’t identified. That was a big part of what was going around the campus. It’s not just about the 7.
@notthesameone2 Thank you for explaining. I didn’t understand how it worked so I did some research and found out. I made a pledge and posted for Brownie. I hope it helps and he survives. 🙏🏻
Please pledge to save Brownie! He seems like a very good boy who was dealt a bad hand. He’s on the kill list at ACC in Queens, NY. All pledges can help a rescue group save him. I’m pledging $35! 🙏🏻 #NYCACC#UrgentDogsOfNY#SaveBrownie#PledgesNeeded#UnderKillCommand
🚨 Last call for Brownie, now under kill command. Surrendered mid June b/c owner moved to no pet place. Spent time in ACC foster. Super cute, sweet, housetrained, good leash-walker, independent, excitable, healthy. Earned 2nd best behavior rating, friendly w/ strangers, gentle w/ kids. Loves fetch & attn.
@BlaireWhite The poor woman seems to have gotten an eyelid lift and they took too much skin off. I feel bad for her. The doctor(s) who did that should lose their license.
@ameritrav@zapatas_mom Someone absolutely “can revoke consent at any point”. Then it’s a hard NO. She may have consented to the first 2, but at the point when guy 2 wanted to start up again & she didn’t (even though they had already been together), or when guy 3 kissed her & she wanted him to stop - NO
@MericaOnlyI776@mirandymiranda@ameritrav@zapatas_mom Actually, a big part of this case that so many people are not understanding is that she actually doesn’t know how many people had sex with her because she was so high and incapacitated. Her recollection was the 7, but it was going around campus that there were a lot more.
