Depends on the highschool. It is alway formal attire but not always exactly matching. In my highschool boys had to wear suits/tux’s and girls formal dress but colors and styles were free to choose.
Also, the dance is called Polonez and virtually every highschool in Poland does the same dance to the exact same song every year.
If I remember correctly he says that:
- you can start being infectious 24 hours before having symptoms
- your body can be exposed to the cold virus but your immune system and your body's defense mechanisms can sometimes fight it off leading to you not getting sick
- when you feel the cold 'coming on' your body is already fighting the virus. He talks about specific brain regions and responses that lead to the feeling
- there is no cure for the virus, however, there are behaviors and supplements that can help your body fight cold therefore shortening the span of sickness
