@BritishCycling I have membership primarily for insurance cover. Can I confirm if anything occurs between now and renewal, the current benefit applies? My Ride membership would seem to require upgrade to Premium for insurance benefits beyond 3rd party…
@pjcboro@kristianlamb1 The club is commercially retarded and has been for years. I’m afraid that applies to the over priced tat in the shop and the slack approach to matchday food/drink retail. Remarkably though, hospitality is a roaring success.
@Boro ST holder travelling from London for 90% home games. I find the matchday experience at the RS generally poor with 20 min queues for poor food from slow, disinterested staff every game just one frustration. This announcement doesn’t help the evident rift between club and fans.
@GWRHelp@gwrhelp Incompetent bastards. Your lack of a train manager (he just went home) has meant elderly, less-abled and children have been put off a train at Swindon on the coldest night of the year. Shameful
@LNRailway your service to Euston following the 2 cancelled services (train crew shortage) is not only an over-crowded disgrace, it’s becoming a matter of public safety. You are not fit for purpose.
@ChrisFergy@HertsPolice Out of character element, risk and vulnerability known to the informant and police decision-makers. Yes it seems a short timeframe and in most cases a short timeframe would influence the response….. I know nothing of this case but would hope there is justification for response.
@_Kano_P @Fest4BedsPCC @PoliceChiefs That are. It’s a national approach/directive that is supported by the @ukhomeoffice and the @HMICFRS.
The approach is 100% correct/justifiable - what is critical is that forces set up to deliver consistent decision-making.
@BATDER@grahamwettone Shouldn’t be though. Appeals need to focus on elements to prompt sightings, not divulge vulnerabilities. In the NB case it was an operational decision, not because it would help locate her.
@obbsie No, much of the comment around appeal detail is incorrect and based perhaps on historic knowledge. Guidance is in place to advise on limiting personal detail around vulnerability. If it will NOT assist locating, it should be left out. It can increase vulnerability.
@SkyNewsBreak Come on. Are you going to leave it like this? You expect transparency but push this level of diversion - we’re living closer to the 1980s than we thought.
Hey news outlets. ‘Ex’ officer does not denote ‘expert’. Levels of cluelessness across the media from the uninformed has been next level. Please learn for next time! #missing
@peter_faulding Go on holiday Peter. Reflect on your actions and shameless conduct in this case. Contact your cronies and ask them to do the same.
Please learn lessons for next time. Thanks

@W_H_Y_L@HertfordshireFA Could you please consider highlighting basic guidance for managers to make sensible, early decisions around inspecting frozen pitches (or otherwise obviously unplayable, unsafe pitch conditions). Wasted journey/ignored request to inspect at the weekend.
