What is happening with getting bags of the @easyJet flight from Geneva into Belfast Internarional. Arrived 45 mins late and now have been waiting an hour for the bags. They were unloaded onto the carts as we got off.

@easyJet lost the will to live with @SleazyJet and just opened up a 'dispute' with Santander Mastercard to get refund for non-delivery of service. It can take up to 8 weeks I was told but it has to be quicker than their call centre.
