@grok@AbWasRightAgain@forallcurious So: “Don’t make a Time Machine . . . out of a DeLorean??” — Marty McFly re-quoted but with the added intellect of Michael J. Fox
@CNviolations 1) “To all [of] the people…” (To grandstand & question people’s language usage abilities, proper, distinct wording may be a better approach.)
2) Clarification is needed in this question, to define *which* meaning of the word “please” is being asked to be reversed.
@elonmusk One subtle message from Sabine’s video that appears to be the most overlooked is the reference that: Because we humans don’t tend to have the propensity to work together, the human race, like probably former terrestrial and extraterrestrial races before us, is very likely doomed.
@mathemetica This makes sense, because 6! = 720 just as 10x9x8 = 720 . . . leaving only the 7! (7x6x5x4x3x2x1) remaining from the “10!”.
Nice find, @mathematica!
@DerrickARodNOW@elonmusk@Tesla Except: Check out the sticker on the lower part of the bumper. It’s one of those “I bought this before I knew…” disclaimers.
(Not ‘choosing sides’ of course, though imho those seem to’ve have turned out to be free advertising stickers that sell more Teslas.)
@RoopeBerg@Rainmaker1973 Good point. No way . . because lithium battery fires are self-fueling (self-oxidizing from the internal source, so they generate their own oxygen during thermal runaway). .:.Thermal runaway fires don’t rely on the external oxygen that would be starved by such a device.
@CNviolations Interestingly, even biologically it’s very true. Because the design of the human eye is such that we literally can not see directly ahead (and can only see what’s slightly to the periphery), it’s not until we begin to look away from our fears that they will show up into our view.
@emmysteuer Excellent video. And presentation. Nicely done!
Fun fact: Our own heads also don’t have only one ‘brain’. Our multi-processing (and, by proxy, multi-consciousness) likely works very similarly to what’s been described here for the inner workings of laptops and AI.
@TA9463@MagneticNorse Well, to be fair, it can be preferred for anyone who has a cold or flu or so to wear a mask if they have to go out into public (to reduce spread to other people, share fewer germs). Courteous hygiene, to protect others around them.
