@Delta your policy for pets in carriers requires calling to ask if there is room after booking tix. Unreasonable 90+ minute hold to ask if you have hit the pet limit on this flight.

@KFFHealthNews @RosenthalHealth Optum is the worst. I want biosimilar for Humira, but only cover brand ($225 copay). Plan tells me get copay card and that they pay $12k-ish-month. No way that is net cost to Optum. Expensive for plan = high premium for me and profit for both Optum and AbbVie. Same for Enbrel

@VolvoCarUSA my XC40 kept requesting OTA update. Did it 3 w ago. Car rejected for inspection, emissions ‘not ready’. Dealer said because of update I need to drive at least 100 miles, ideally on highway. Why did the update request not warn me? I don’t even live near a highway

@AmazonHelp my Amazon fire tablet 8 was named Computer because I have an Alexa (wake word) unit in each room at home. I upgraded to a fire 10. It cannot be named Alexa, any other name is fine. None of the online instructions work. This is useless without a different name.

@slinganswers have not been able to watch any shows on my DVR for a week. Samsung TV. Removed and reinstalled app. Freezes when opening show. Network connection fine with other apps. Could not get through on chat help last night. Please advise.
