@UPS - I’ve sent a LOT of international parcels over the last month. Two customers said items arrived damaged. Both in Germany. Very disappointing as shipments to Asia, US, etc. arrive safely, but packages in Germany look like they’ve been kicked. Do I need to change courier?

@toonandout @boostpoweruk They’ve sent this reply, suggesting I call the same number to get an emergency appointment to fix the meter/supply. The same number that cut me off after 2 hours earlier. And web chat says they’re too busy to help. 😡
@toonandout @boostpoweruk So ridiculously frustrating (that’s my polite description). I started at 595 on webchat, got to 1, then told they couldn’t take more customers. It still says that now. 2 hrs on phone hold to get cut off. It’s the same number they’re suggesting I call now for emergency call out.
@boostpoweruk Cut off from customer service call after two hours, still on hold with webchat for over two hours, still at No.169, gas off since yesterday. Web app and gas meter not updating payments, cannot reconnect. Absolutely disgusted. Please contact and correct ASAP!
@toonandout @boostpoweruk Likewise! I tried to change to a standard meter but apparently it’s listed incorrectly in some register so we are stuck with it!

@toonandout @boostpoweruk It’s appalling! I’ve finally had a reply telling me to call the same number that cut me off after two hours earlier today! And I still don’t have any heating or gas to cook with. I hope you get some help soon.
