@eon_next I reported my gas meter was broken on 10th March, I called on 14th April to chase so please tell me why I am STILL waiting for this to be fixed! It’s ridiculous that it’s taking you so long! I put in a complaint and haven’t heard anything back.
@JustEatUK how ridiculous is it that you cannot speak to someone when you have fraudulent activity on your account. Please provide me with a number I can call to discuss this
@eon_next I am with you for both gas and electric and this month, ive only received a statement for my electricity. When can I expect a gas statement? Usually they come together
@eon_next when is this likely to be back being this is the only way we’re able to check our usage? I asked for a smart meter from you and you said no so I hope it’s back soon. Feels like another way to con us out of more money

@DHLParcelUK so infuriating trying to speak to someone! Nobody has knocked on my door! Why should I have to call @TheRangeUK to rearrange delivery due to your laziness! Where is the proof that they knocked on my door because I have a ring doorbell so can show you nobody attended
@atlantic_flyer9@ClarionSupport I definitely feel it has! All of a sudden I’ve been receiving emails and texts from scammers and I don’t think it’s a coincidence that it’s started just as you’ve had a cyber attack
@bhoyjohn1888 @retrobotik It’s a streaming TV so in theory you should be able to watch anything from the beginning. Not always the case though. Like tonight lol - no channel is allowing us to play from the start!
@SkyHelpTeam I think that’s totally unacceptable! We’ve had to go out and purchase an adapter in order to stream it to the tv! You brought out a tv that clearly was not ready! Constant issues!
@SkyHelpTeam think it’s absolutely appalling that you keep telling us you are working on fixing the ITV Hub and nothings happened in weeks and imagine not having a way for customers to watch the boxing tonight.
TV was no way ready for the market! Issue after issue!
@SkyHelpTeam The same issues you have been answering all week. It doesn’t load. Just get a black screen and nothing works. We’re not able to watch anything on it unless we watch it live
@SkyHelpTeam so you bring out Sky Glass and claim that it’s the new way of watching TV and
1 - we can’t watch ITV Hub due to an issue that’s been going on for two weeks and
2) you can’t watch the boxing because BT Box Office isn’t available on it, yet it’s available on Sky Q! 1
@SkyHelpTeam it’s been over a week and the issue with the ITV Hub is still ongoing. How much longer is this going to be? All we are being told is you are working on it! Frustrating!
