- Middle Class + Small Town Start
- Open Category, No Reservation
- Eldest Son + Introvert + Under 6 ft
- Everything “average” - looks, money, marks
- Corporate life with broken communication skills
- Bald hair and healthy weight
- No Love life, or broken heart
- Trusts too easily, zero politics
= The hardest difficulty level, unlocked by default.
If you can earn ₹1 lakh per month remotely, move to your village.
- Renovate your village home.
- Buy things like a sofa, TV, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge.
- Keep one house helper and give someone a job.
- Buy some empty land at a low price, grow your own vegetables and fruits, and eat fresh food every day.
- Buy one cow and take good care of her. Do not keep her tied on a hard floor. Let the calf drink milk and use extra fresh milk to make paneer, curd, and ghee.
- Wake up to fresh air and natural sunlight.
- Hear birds instead of traffic noise.
Real happiness is not in big cities.
2020 was a great year to buy
- You bought stocks? You are a millionaire now
- You bought gold? You are a millionaire now
- You bought a house? You are a millionaire now
- You bought a mask? You are a alive now
Azure vs AWS for data engineering. Here's how I choose
- Storage (ADLS Gen2 vs S3)
“Both are rock-solid. S3 wins on ecosystem and Iceberg/Athena maturity. ADLS shines with granular ACLs and tight Azure AD integration.”
- Compute/ETL (Synapse/Fabric/ADF vs Glue/EMR/Athena)
“Azure gives you a friendlier on-ramp (ADF UI, Synapse, and Fabric’s ‘one pane’ vision). AWS leans serverless and modular (Glue, EMR Serverless, Athena), with more knobs and flexibility.”
- Streaming (Event Hubs vs Kinesis/MSK)
“Parity for most use cases. AWS has breadth with Kinesis + MSK. Azure plays well if you’re already in the Microsoft lane.”
- Warehousing & BI (Fabric/Power BI vs Redshift/QuickSight)
“Fabric + Power BI is tough to beat for end-to-end analytics. Redshift has matured (serverless, RA3) but QuickSight serves a different crowd.”
- Orchestration (ADF vs MWAA/Step Functions)
“ADF is approachable and visual. On AWS, Airflow via MWAA + Step Functions is powerful if your team prefers code-first.”
- Governance (Purview vs Lake Formation)
“Purview’s discovery/lineage is strong. Lake Formation is great for lake permissions but can be prickly to learn.”
- DevEx & Ops
“Azure often feels smoother in Microsoft shops (SSO, networking, procurement). AWS has the deepest marketplace, docs, and community patterns.”
My rule of thumb:
- Pick Azure if you’re all-in on M365/Power BI/Azure AD and want a unified, governed experience.
- Pick AWS if you want serverless-first, open table formats (Iceberg/Delta), and polyglot flexibility.
- Either way: Databricks is first-class on both. Favor open formats, IaC, and avoid multi-cloud unless you truly need it.
What tipped the scales for your team?
This @kirat_tw video broke me. I literally couldn't stop my tears. we only see the success of him, but that video showed the unimaginable hard work behind it. Hard Times teaches you and make you strong.
Thank you, Harkirat Bhaiya, for the real inspiration.
Goals Before The Age of 35;
1. Build at least 3 income streams (job, investment, side hustle).
2. Save and invest enough to cover 6-12 months of expenses.
3. Have zero high-interest debt (especially credit cards).
4. Learn how money, taxes, and investing really work.
5. Build a powerful network of mentors and like-minded peers.
6. Prioritize physical health exercise, sleep, and regular checkups
7. Master one high-income skill that can earn you money anytime.
8. Travel to new places to gain perspective and experience.
9. Develop daily discipline-wake early, set goals, stay consistent.
6 years of coding in dart and this is me. I have written systems for billion dollar companies, startups and scaled infra but i WILL fumble basic syntax if you ask me.
I just do not care about syntax at all.
Harkirat just dropped a banger video on how to get a remote coding job in 2025 here’s the summary .
In the last 2 months at 100x School:
> 18 students got placed
> 16 landed remote jobs
> Avg offer: $2,000/month
Here’s what actually works 👇
1. Hands-on coding > Fancy projects
If you can’t debug basic JS/TS code, companies can tell. AI can’t hide weak fundamentals.
2. Referrals help , skills win
Most got in through alumni networks, but real skill beats luck every time.
3. Your GitHub is your resume now
Startups literally use GPT to evaluate your repos code quality, commits, tests, open-source work everything counts.
4. Who gets hired:
> Codes daily (not just with AI)
> Fixes and explains logic clearly
> Has ownership & reliability mindset
5. Where to apply:
Scout recent YC batches focus on AI x Video, AI x Code, and Open Source startups. Fast growth = more hiring.
The takeaway:
Stop overthinking.
Start building.
Let your code speak.
1 crore CTC to 100 Engineers & Scientists building most advanced tech across the globe & willing to shift in India will cost 100 crore
INR 1000 transferred to 10,00,000 women per month under Laadli Bahan, Pyari Mausi, Bechari Chachi scheme will cost 1,20,00 crore
High Testosterone Behaviors:
1. Talk to people like you already know them.
2. Leave massive tips at restaurants.
3. Don't hook up with a girl you wouldn't be thrilled to show off to your friends & family.
4. Lift weights & go for walks.
5. Eat healthy 90% of the time.
6. Stop doom scrolling late at night.
7. Buying things for people without expecting anything in return.

If you are a hard working, 20/30 year old in India. And, want to do well in life:-
1) Get to top 1% in your field.
2) This won't happen overnight: first get to top 20%, then 10%, then 5%, then 1%
3) How? take 20 hours/week for self-improvement. Lean new things. Don't waste your weekends.
4) Curious mind + hardwork + consistency; 5 years your life will change.
5) Don't engage/talk on politics/polarizing topics. This is low IQ game.
6) A dweeb with 0 education has an option on above topics. Ignore them. And, stay focused.

8) Skill leads to more money. More money leads to more freedom. Don't forget.
9) Once you have build basic wealth, learn about managing money
10) Every rich person in the world is good at money management. Almost all average people are bad at it.

12) The more you experience things, the sharper you will become.
13) If you can work/live abroad, do it.
14) If you don't like that: you can always come back. But, base your life on YOUR experiences, not other people's opinions
15) Be accountable. And, build your own life. You're responsible for your own life, not your government.
