🇵🇰 PAKISTAN has found an extraordinary way to demonstrate how SERIOUSLY it takes PTI’s MARCH:

it has started physically dismantling the normal functioning of its own capital.

More than 1,500 SHIPPING CONTAINERS have been brought in around Islamabad, stacked and in places welded together to block roads ahead of PTI supporters marching for Imran Khan’s release.

Authorities have also detained Khan’s 3 sisters and hundreds of party activists.

Some of those containers weren’t simply rented. According to reporting in Pakistan, police seized trucks and containers already carrying commercial cargo, disrupting freight traffic in the process. Keeping 1,550 containers alone is expected to cost Rs46.5 million per day.

And then PTI changed the equation.

The march, originally due to begin September 27, has BEEN PUSHED TO October 4. PTI spokesman Zulfi Bukhari put the resulting problem rather neatly:

“How long they’re willing to keep the country closed off?”

That may now be the more interesting test.

PTI postponed the march by a week.

Islamabad has to decide whether to keep living behind the barricades for one.

قانونی خامیاں، تاریخی تضادات، اور 3-MPO اور انسدادِ دہشت گردی قوانین کا غلط استعمال

لاہور ہائی کورٹ میں قانونی مؤقف اور ایم پی او آرڈر کی خامیاں علیمہ خان، ڈاکٹر عظمیٰ خان اور نوین نیازی کے خلاف 3-MPO کے تحت جاری کیا گیا حراستی حکم کئی سنگین قانونی اور طریقۂ کار کی خامیوں کو ظاہر کرتا ہے۔ امنِ عامہ کے قانون (Maintenance of Public Order) کی دفعہ 3، جسے انگریز دور کی باقیات سمجھا جاتا ہے، ریاست کو "امنِ عامہ" کے نام پر شہریوں کو مناسب قانونی کارروائی کے بغیر حراست میں رکھنے کا اختیار دیتی ہے۔ ناقدین کے مطابق اس قانون کو ماضی میں بھی اختلافِ رائے دبانے کے لیے استعمال کیا جاتا رہا ہے۔

روبینہ خان اور ان کی قانونی ٹیم کے مطابق درج ذیل نکات خصوصی توجہ کے مستحق ہیں:

پولیس رپورٹ، جوائنٹ کمیٹی کے اجلاس اور حراستی حکم نامے، تینوں پر 20 ستمبر کی تاریخ درج ہے، جبکہ علیمہ خان کو اسی روز صبح 9 بجے سے پہلے حراست میں لے لیا گیا تھااس سے ظاہر ہوتا ہے کہ حراست پہلے عمل میں لائی گئی اور قانونی کاغذی کارروائی بعد میں مکمل کی گئی۔یہ تضاد باضابطہ طور پر لاہور ہائی کورٹ کے سامنے پیش کیا گیا۔ مؤقف اختیار کیا گیا کہ 22 ستمبر 2026 کی سماعت کے دوران ہی اس حکم کو کالعدم قرار دیا جانا چاہیے۔
حراستی حکم میں ایف آئی آر نمبر 96/2023 کو غلطی سے ریس کورس پولیس اسٹیشن سے منسوب کیا گیا ہے، حالانکہ یہ مقدمہ سرور روڈ پولیس اسٹیشن میں درج ہوا تھا۔ قانونی ٹیم کے مطابق کسی شہری کی آزادی سلب کرنے کے لیے غلط معلومات یا غلط دائرۂ اختیار کی بنیاد پر جاری کیا گیا حکم اپنی قانونی حیثیت کھو دیتا ہے۔

ریاست نے ایف آئی آر نمبر 96/2023 (جناح ہاؤس کیس) کو احتیاطی حراست کی بنیاد بنایا، حالانکہ پولیس پہلے ہی علیمہ خان اور ڈاکٹر عظمیٰ خان کو اس مقدمے میں بے قصور قرار دے چکی تھی۔ فروری 2025 کے ڈی ایس پی کے ریکارڈ اور عدالتی حکم میں واضح طور پر کہا گیا تھا کہ وہ جائے وقوعہ پر موجود نہیں تھیں، اور انسدادِ دہشت گردی عدالت کو بھی آگاہ کر دیا گیا تھا کہ ان کی مزید ضرورت نہ قانونی ٹیم کا کہنا ہے کہ نہ کوئی مؤثر جائزہ اجلاس منعقد کیا گیا، نہ کوئی ٹھوس شواہد اکٹھے یا پیش کیے گئے، اور نہ ہی علیمہ خان کو آئین کے آرٹیکل 10-اے کے تحت اپنے خلاف الزامات جاننے اور اپنا دفاع پیش کرنے کا مناسب موقع دیا گیا۔ان کے مطابق اس کے بجائے ایک عمومی، گھسا پٹا اور رسمی نوعیت کا حکم نافذ کر دیا گیا۔

24 ستمبر 2026 کی عدالتی کارروائی نوین نیازی اور ڈاکٹر عظمیٰ خان کی نظر بندی اور احتیاطی حراست کے خلاف آئینی درخواست پر 24 ستمبر 2026 کو لاہور ہائی کورٹ میں سماعت ہوئی، جس میں فریقین کے دلائل مکمل ہو گئے۔ درخواست گزاروں کے مطابق عدالت کو بتایا گیا کہ:

پولیس کی رپورٹ حقائق کے برعکس ہے، کیونکہ ڈاکٹر عظمیٰ خان کو 12 فروری 2025 کو متعلقہ مقدمے میں باقاعدہ طور پر بے گناہ قرار دے کر ڈسچارج کر دیا گیا تھا، اور ڈی ایس پی نے بھی تصدیق کی تھی کہ وہ مزید تفتیش کے لیے مطلوب نہیں ہیں۔ ان کے وکلاء کا کہنا تھا کہ انہیں صرف عمران خان کی بہن ہونے کی وجہ سے نشانہ بنایا جا رہا ہےاور نیازی کے خلاف آج تک کوئی فوجداری مقدمہ درج نہیں ہوا۔

وکلاء نے زور دیا کہ ایم پی او کے یہ احکامات آئین کے آرٹیکلز 4، 5، 9، 10 اور 13 کی خلاف ورزی ہیں۔ اگرچہ عدالت نے حکم فوری معطل نہیں کیا، لیکن یہ مؤقف رکھا گیا کہ غیر قانونی حراست میں قید کا ایک لمحہ بھی ناقابلِ برداشت ہے — اس کے علاوہ اگلی تاریخ نہ دینا حکومت اور عدالتوں کی طرف سے تاخیر کرنے کی ایک اور چال ہے۔

25 ستمبر 2026 کی عدالتی کارروائی علیمہ خان کی حراست سے متعلق لاہور ہائی کورٹ میں سماعت کے دوران وکلاء نے ثابت کیا کہ ایم پی او کا حکم صرف فرضی اور مبہم رپورٹوں پر مبنی ہے، گرفتاری کے بعد بنایا گیا، اور جان بوجھ کر ایسے پرانے کیسوں کا سہارا لیا گیا جن میں وہ پہلے ہی عدالت سے بری ہو چکی تھیں۔ حکومت کی اس زیادتی اور عدالت کے رویے کا حال یہ رہا:
اتنے بڑے فراڈ اور تاریخی تضادات کے سامنے آنے کے باوجود عدالت نے غیر قانونی ایم پی او کے حکم کو فوراً معطل یا ختم نہیں کیا۔
غیر قانونی حراست کو موقع پر ختم کرنے کے بجائے عدالت نے ہوم سیکرٹری، ڈپٹی کمشنر لاہور اور جیل کے سپرنٹنڈنٹ سے رپورٹس مانگ لیں، جس کا مطلب صرف ریاست کو مزید وقت دینا تھا۔
جج نے ڈپٹی کمشنر اور سی سی پی او جیسے ذمہ دار افسران کو فوراً طلب کرنے سے صاف انکار کر دیا، اور بس ہلکی سی وارننگ دی کہ اگلی تاریخ (جو 9 اکتوبر 2026 مقرر کی گئی ہے) پر چیف سیکرٹری کو بلایا جا سکتا ہے۔

🇵🇰 DAMNING court orders prove police cleared Imran Khan’s sisters of taking part in anti-government riots before ARRESTING them again.

When police snatched Aleema Khan off the streets of Lahore this month they had no valid warrant or active charges against her.

To cover up the ILLEGAL abduction, police backdated paperwork HOURS after she was already in custody.

The ultimate proof of state fraud?

Records show police investigators had ALREADY declared Aleema and Dr. Uzma Khan innocent in those exact 2023 riot cases back in 2025.

Alongside their third sister, Noreen Niazi, they are now locked in Kot Lakhpat jail on recycled FALSE charges.

The state is waging pure lawfare to target an opposition leader’s family while courts drag their feet.

🇵🇰 There is now a very specific question hanging over ALEEMA KHAN'S DETENTION:

Was she arrested BEFORE the state had completed the process AUTHORIZING HER ARREST?

In a new statement, Imran Khan's sister Rubina Khan lays out the family's case against the 30-day MPO detention of Aleema Khan, Dr. Uzma Khan and Noreen Niazi.

The most striking allegation is chronological.

Aleema was taken into custody on the morning of September 20.

Her lawyers argue that the police report, intelligence committee process and detention order used to justify that custody were completed only afterwards.

They are effectively accusing the state of doing the arrest first and constructing the legal basis for it second.

There are other alleged discrepancies.

The family says Aleema's detention order cites a 2023 FIR but attributes it to the wrong police station. It also says the same Jinnah House case was used despite police having previously cleared Aleema and Uzma of involvement.

Those are claims now being litigated, not findings by the court.

And that distinction matters because the Lahore High Court has so far declined to immediately suspend the detention orders and has instead demanded responses from the authorities.

So beneath all the politics surrounding Sunday's PTI march is a much narrower legal question with enormous implications:

What exactly existed on paper at the moment these women lost their freedom?

“When a nation rises for its rights, no force on earth can suppress it. I remain a free man, even in jail, but my nation is trapped in a prison where there is no independent judiciary, no genuine democracy, and no free media. Every Pakistani must rise up for their true freedom!

For two years, I have remained imprisoned solely for the sake of the Pakistani nation, so that no one can enslave you. Now, the time has come for you to stand up for your own freedom and defeat this oppressive system.

I repeatedly called for dialogue in the best interest of the country. But the time for negotiations has now passed. After the 26th Constitutional Amendment, the rule of law, the Constitution, and the very concept of justice have been buried. Any hope of receiving justice from the courts has been completely extinguished. The Pakistani nation now has only one path forward: a nationwide protest movement. Nothing short of this can pull us out of this quagmire of lawlessness.

A complete roadmap for the nationwide movement will be announced this week. I will have completed two full years of unjust imprisonment on August 5th. One that very day our nationwide protest campaign will be at its peak.

There will be no further negotiations of any kind with anyone anymore! The only path forward is mass protest in the streets, so the nation can rid itself of the puppets forcibly imposed upon it as its rulers.

Let me be clear: any officeholder in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf who cannot shoulder the weight of this movement should step aside immediately. Those who have submitted to these oppressors must remember: these very people will eventually crush you, and the people will never forgive you either.

Even leaders like Nelson Mandela and Gandhi were allowed to meet other prisoners, read books, and write. I am enduring a form of solitary confinement where I am locked for 22 hours a day in a 6x8 foot cell. Police officers are forbidden from speaking to me. I have been denied books for the past six months. I am not allowed to speak to my children. My lawyers and colleagues cannot visit me. My family is allowed only a few minutes of visitation each week, and many of them are often denied even that. My personal physician has not been allowed to examine me for the past ten months. Even my access to newspapers and television has been cut off for the last week. Books sent by my family are withheld and kept in the superintendent’s office. My wife is also being held in inhumane conditions in solitary confinement.

Behind all of this is the establishment and its pawns. All of this is being done to break me. But I will continue to stand against tyranny until my very last breath.

We restored the constitutional and legal rights of the tribal areas after decades and provided full resources for reconstruction and development. The current regime not only withheld their rightful funds for three years but is now actively working to roll back their constitutional rights, an action that is utterly condemnable. I commend our parliamentarians and representatives for boycotting these unlawful measures.

As for our Punjab MPAs who were suspended for protesting during the fraudulent government’s budget session, the real reason behind it was that their protest against Maryam Nawaz was intolerable for the regime, although it is a long-standing tradition to protest during budget sessions.”
