@PASenateGOP has prevented bills such as HB 1422 of 2023, HB 2370 of 2024, and HB 1500 of 2025, which would flat-fund cyber charters and impose crippling mandates, from reaching Shapiro’s desk.

If the Senate Dems had the majority, these bills would’ve passed.
