@AckertKathleen Some patients are not comfortable with the entire surgery being performed vaginally. Regardless of approach, I make it a point to discuss what instruments go where (e.g. Foley, uterine manipulator) and how they might feel afterward (sore, burning with peeing) #JMIGjc
