@British_Airways paying premium, consciously choosing BA and being loyal clearly doesn’t mean anything these days. Cancelling and then reinstating flights but not caring for your customers ! Just dump them on any odd bad flight with 8 hours delay snd no care

Don't fly @British_Airways . All four legs of my flights have been delayed. Sitting here listening to horror stories of canceled flights from the day before and overnight stays. Being told today that delays are due to late arrival and now crews need to rest.
