My blue light card app states I get 20% off all purchases, but my local store said they didn’t have that option at the till.

Please advise how I can obtain the 20% discount that I am entitled to on my purchases today.

I am not happy about this.

@virginmedia All I want to do is chanhe ownership, and this has been going on for allost a month now.
We were both given incorrect advice in the beginning, and had we have known we would never have agreed.
That is only part of our frustrations. When using the chat function it can take hours🤬

@virginmedia I have been in a five hour chat, had three agents end their shifts, & the problem is only half resolved. The last agent change was at 20:00 and I am still waiting 45 minutes further. This is Ridiculous ! I am not happy, & I am seriously considering leaving Virgin🤬

When we were kids and had ‘go home’ said to us (by grown ups) or ‘pakis’ , there was no social media. We didn’t know that most folk would’ve stood up for us, that they didn’t share the thugs sentiments. I’m happy kids in this Tower Block can witness and feel this solidarity
