He could’ve potentially also committed a mass stabbing or went and stabbed a random child. The only way to prevent it is to kill him but a disarmed population can only be victims.

@Purson773 @varrock I think we shouldn’t overlook the differences in culture. Men naturally have an inclination to take advantage of women but for us this is taboo and we know to not act on it. But for them they do not hide this urge so it becomes much easier to recruit others for these crimes.
