Govt. borrowing to finance its revenue exp. accounted for 77% of the fiscal deficit in FY21 BE, leaving only 23% for CAPEX (which shrunk to 21% in the RE)

It is proposed to increase to 24% in FY22, which is by no means significant in terms of the composition of public spending🙄
