@CardsMax Do you use other graders? And if so, which ones? I understand PSA is the benchmark but are capital being tied up longer and variable pricing based on value considerations?
@calvinfroedge@mohamedmebarki7 CFO was about $165B in 2025 up from $91B in 2022. Call it $75B in growth. In the period from 2022, 2023 & 2024 total capex was about $115B. That’s a pretty solid ROI.
@calvinfroedge@mohamedmebarki7 Go back and look at/read AMZN’s 10-Ks as they were building out retail/logistics and cloud offerings simultaneously. Looking at the growth in operating cash flow vs a lagged capex investment (to allow assets to become productive) might help provide a different perspective.
@surgieboi Sorry. It just showed up in my timeline becaue of your repost. Your Demidov call was amazing. I was just commenting on the ROI of crossovers generally.
@surgieboi To get that ROI in 30 days you need to pay for walk through or super express service at PSA. Boom 50-80% of that return gone. You also need to factor in the risk that PSA doesn’t give you a 10. In theory the ROI looks amazing. Much more difficult to capitalize on in practise.
