Around 85% of millionaires are Self-made.
- No luck
- No talent
- No silver spoon
They are millionaires because of their habits.
Here are 8 Habits that will make you a millionaire:
If you find yourself busy with unproductive, unprofitable, and energy-draining activities, remember your Unique Ability. Then, work to do more of that and less of everything else.
I made a massive error in life.
For years, I turned everything into a relentless struggle…
A common pitfall for many.
Allow me to help you escape from a life of stress and frustration…
In my 20s, I rebelled against the traditional path of office jobs, the 9-to-5 grind, retirement at 65, playing golf... then passing away.
That life wasn’t for me. Yet, I would like to play more golf.
The thing is…
I was uncertain about what I truly wanted… rather than seeking clarity…
I indulged in partying, leading to financial struggles and debt from ages 22 to 28.
I woke up at 29… I realized a change was needed.
It all started well…
I used my challenging years as fuel… determined to do better… determined to make up for time.
But I made a critical mistake…
I fell in love with the struggle. It became my identity, driving my pursuit of more money, a better job, and freedom.
Everything was a fight.
I was always angry and mad at not having the success I wanted.
That anger drove me to take action.
However, this mindset has severe limitations.
The constant chase left me feeling behind... I was always attempting to fill an emotional void with more success.
Despite cultivating positive habits like working out and acquiring valuable skills, it wasn’t enough. Even as my income skyrocketed from $12 an hour to six figures, I still felt behind and lacking.
Then I discovered a mental model that changed my life…
“The Gap and The Gain” by Dan Sullivan.
This one model helped me shift from chasing an elusive dream future to measuring progress against my previous wins or gains.
From Dan’s experience coaching high-level entrepreneurs for the last 40 years...
He has seen that most people, especially highly ambitious people, are unhappy.
Why?
Because of how they measure their progress.
My struggle to succeed led me to fall into this trap.
You all have a dream or ideal future. But this ideal future is a moving target. When you chase after it, it will always be out of reach.
Measuring yourself against the ideal creates a fight or struggle.
There’s always a gap between what you have and what you want.
This leaves you frustrated and pissed off.
But...
When you flip the model and measure yourself against your previous self, you see your wins or, as Dan puts it, your gains.
The thing was…
My whole mental setup was around fighting to succeed.
It was based on struggling to reach the next goal.
Man, this model hit me hard.
Most of my goals were gap goals.
My motivation for setting those goals was from the wrong framing.
I realized I had many “when I have <insert result> I will be happy” goals.
I was waiting to enjoy life.
Now... working towards a bigger, better future is essential, and you should all do this.
But you should expand into that future from the foundations of success, satisfaction, optimism, and confidence.
When you expect things to be a chase
When you expect things to be a struggle
When you put pressure on yourself to catch up
You’re in the Gap.
When you’re in the gain… you flow… you feel inspired…
You know you can reach the next mountain top because you have reached many before.
As I said...
This changed my life. I have gone from always being in a cloud of frustration. Having regret over my miss-used 20s. And feeling miles behind my peers.
To know I have achieved big things. That I have an abundance of talents. And I can climb bigger and better mountains for the rest of my life.
My advice to you…
Don’t make life a fight.
Be in the gain and enjoy your climb.
Big love,
ST

more has happened in the last year of AI than the prior 10
we are unmistakably in the fiery takeoff of the most important technology of the rest of our lives
everybody—governments, citizens, technologists—is awaiting w/bated breath (some helplessly) the next version of humanity
I am very excited to announce I have been successful in installing and operating a full ChatGPT knowledge set and interface fully trained on my local computer and it needs no Internet once installed.
There are no editors and there is no censorship.
I am using Alpaca (https://t.co/tJeAa5jYxN) from Stanford and Dalai Lama.
The training model cost about $530 to build locally yet has the abilities of GPT 3.5.
The software is free and open source and I am working on preconfigured packages for anyone to have local training and access to a LLM GPT AI.
This model is now in a live connect with all of my other AI systems and the results have been absolutely stunning.
I will be writing more about this soon.
But today know, you will own your own AI and it will only answer to you.
