Even as your wife, my body still belongs to me first. So when I say
‘I’m not in the mood tonight,’ that’s final. Marriage still requires consent. Simple!
Warriors,
WAKE UP,
It is a new month,
It is MONDAY.
It is time to own your morning.
When you conquer you Monday morning, you will conquer your entire week.
When you win the first week of the month, you win the entire month.
It is time to MELT the RODS.
WAKE UP!

Instead of wasting your 1-acre piece of land planting maize,
Plant NAPIER GRASS.
1-acre can hold 1,550 rectangles of napier grass.
Each rectangle measures 1 m × 0.75 m, [and 3 feet depth], spaced 1 m lengthwise and 0.5 m widthwise.
In each rectangle, you will harvest 2 heads of napier grass every 3 months.
Each head is sold at KES 200.
Therefore, 1-acre can return KES 300,000 in 4 - 6 months.
This can go higher during sunny seasons [December to March].
Invest in an effecient drip irrigation system and a well.
No unnecesary pesticides, storage losses and labor costs.
Maize farming is a useless subsistence venture with a negative return on investment.
Luhyas, wake up!
When a crow feels sick, it goes to an anthill—not to eat the ants, but to disturb them.
The crow shakes its body, fluffs up its feathers, spreads its wings, and stays still while the ants crawl all over it.
As they move through its feathers, the ants release formic acid, a natural chemical that helps eliminate bacteria, mites, and parasites hiding on the crow.
The crow knows exactly what it’s doing.
This behavior, called “anting,” is its natural way of healing itself.
Sometimes, the crow even picks up ants with its beak and rubs them onto its feathers as if they were medicine.
No veterinarian, no pills—just instinct!

What we saw in Tanzania and what is unfolding in Uganda is the reason we must insist on the centrality of our values in all political discourse. Democracy, Human Rights, Freedom, Rule of Law, Social Justice and Equality. Everything else must be done within the framework and in accordance with these values.
Isn't it embarassing when during holidays your children ask you why they are not going upcountry like their neighbours?
How long will you continue living in rented houses in the city?
This year, buy land, own soil, build a home.
Don't live like a vagabond.
