صدر اليوم بيان مشترك لقمة مكة المكرمة للدفاع المشترك بين المملكة العربية السعودية والجمهورية التركية وجمهورية باكستان الإسلامية، فيما يلي نصه:
تلبية لدعوة كريمة من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، قام كل من فخامة رئيس الجمهورية التركية السيد/ رجب طيب أردوغان، ودولة رئيس وزراء جمهورية باكستان الإسلامية السيد/ محمد شهباز شريف بزيارة إلى المملكة العربية السعودية، بتاريخ 24 / 2 / 1448هـ الموافق 7 / 8 / 2026م.
وقد استقبل صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء، فخامة رئيس الجمهورية التركية، ودولة رئيس وزراء جمهورية باكستان الإسلامية، في الديوان الملكي بقصر الصفا في مكة المكرمة.
وعقدت قمة مكة المكرمة للدفاع المشترك، واستُعرضت خلالها العلاقات المتميزة بين كل من المملكة العربية السعودية وجمهورية باكستان الإسلامية والجمهورية التركية، وعدد من القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
وانطلاقًا من الروابط التاريخية الراسخة، بين الدول الثلاث، وبناءً على روابط الأخوة والتضامن الإسلامي التي تجمعها، واستنادًا إلى المصالح الإستراتيجية المشتركة والتعاون الدفاعي الوثيق، وقّع كُل من صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء -حفظه الله-، وفخامة رئيس الجمهورية التركية السيد/ رجب طيب أردوغان، ودولة رئيس وزراء جمهورية باكستان الإسلامية محمد شهباز شريف، "اتفاقية مكة للدفاع المشترك"، التي تعكس حرص الدول الثلاث على تعزيز أمنهم المشترك وتحقيق الأمن والسلام والاستقرار في المنطقة والعالم سعيًا إلى مستقبل آمن ومزدهر.
وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى تعزيز الردع المشترك ضد أي اعتداء، وتنص على أن أي هجوم مسلح على أي من الدول الثلاث هو هجوم على الجميع، كما تُعنى الاتفاقية بتطوير كافة أوجه التعاون الدفاعي بينهم.
