> utility -> solving real economic problems
> yield -> offering value beyond stability
> distribution -> embedding into user flows
> regionalization -> aligning with local markets and regulations

1/ every chain wants their own stablecoin. most shouldn't build one.

@ethereum & @trondao already owns 80+% of fiat-backed supply via @USDC & @USDT0_to.

the moat isn't the stablecoin, it's liquidity, distribution, and regional reach.

6/ regional plays

leverage local demand, FX instability, and regulatory openness.

Tron captured much of Africa through OTC networks, low fees, and exchange integrations.

biz dev & ecosystem teams are becoming the new product managers - meeting founders, identifying gaps, and translating those needs into products the chain must have to stay competitive.

there are limited blockchain developers (most already committed or farming grants. chains can't wait for builders anymore. the evolution of chains is to build the primitives in-house to keep liquidity and users in-network

Also … if I have your attention, when I tried to test out Bridge’s dashboard & dev environment, I keep getting an error. Sent an email to customer support but crickets. I’d love to test out and experience the product … help pretty pls 🙏
