Si la teva empresa “fa servir IA” però no ha definit la governança, la propietat de les dades i l’arquitectura de desplegament, no vas per davant: estàs exposat.

👉 Pas concret: crea un grup a dins de la teva organització x IA transversal (negoci, tecnologia, recursos humans, marketing, legal, enginyeria, etc) i audita en 30 dies dades, riscos i usos reals.
