@dhlexpressuk I dropped off a international parcel to ur depot last Monday, since then no more scan, the drop off depot saying they loaded the parcel on the truck to ur main depot, and believe the parcel stuck in the main depot, but they can’t prove it. I’m very confused🥲🥲🥲

@DHLParcelUK hi I used your https://t.co/ZBtfhPU6xK website made an order to overseas. I dropped the parcel to your Uk depot on the 5th morning, the parcel was last scanned in ur depot:5th afternoon,no more update,very strange. Also tracking number is not trackable on ur website.

@DHLParcelUK Also I checked can’t not book Hong Kong parcels through your website too because it requires postcode but there is no option for postcode for both HK and Macau parcels on your website, I think this is technical issue, will someone sort it please?

@DHLParcelUK hi is there something wrong with your online system? I tried to make order delivery to Macau it keeps saying error postcode not match delivery route, I checked address is correct and there is no where ask me to postcode in anyways, can you please help

@DHLParcelUK @DHLParcelUK Hi I don’t have a shipment number because I’m unable to book a delivery to Macau as it requires a postcode, but there is nowhere on your booking system to Macau has postcode options therefore I can’t put a postcode and can’t book the delivery.
