@hirshhorn the security guard in the Laurie Anderson: Four Talks room who was talking on his phone so loudly that it overpowered the audio of the art was incredibly distracting. I’m surprised they are allowed to have phones on them while in the gallery

@ngadc in 15 years living in DC and coming to the museum I’ve never been so distracted by the security staff. Constantly being harassed and seen others being scolded and told “two feet from the art!” If you want to enforce that, you need something physical to indicate it!

By this point, store management should be able to anticipate the loss of carts. There were at least 4 staff members standing around doing nothing, all of whom could have been helping to fix this issue. I’ll be taking my business to Harris Teeter until you can remedy the issue

@Safeway your 14th St SE Store in Washington DC needs new management. While waiting for customer service agent (who was annoyed when I asked about carts) to find carts because they can’t seem to keep carts in the store. A problem they’ve had for years.
