Year 1:
payroll/cash: 60 mil cap: 20 mil
Year 2-5:
payroll/cash 10 mil/year cap: 20 mil/year

@ivanburden @BrettKollmann The studio takes home about 50 % from the theatre so on the production budget they need 160mil to go even but then you need to add the marketing also. So probably have to make over 300 mil in the box office to not lose money
