This article will only confuse people more about nutrition. Food Compass is not an arbiter of truth that can determine which foods are healthy and unhealthy. Nutrition should be simple: Eat a diversity of real, whole foods and limit highly processed foods.

They say don’t eat meat & eggs, so they can sell enriched grain products
They say don’t eat fruit, so they can sell supplements & powders
They say only eat vegetables, so when you fail you blame yourself
They say not too much protein, so you overload on industrial oils & sugar
I disagree with “Eat Less, Move More” ❌
Sure, maybe if you're trying to lose weight.
But for the rest of us, focus on eating as much high-quality nutritious food 🥩🥚🥒🐟🫐
Intermittent fasting & eating once or twice a day is not for everyone...unless you want more anxiety.
Many frustrations would be solved if you gave yourself 2+ years to transform, instead of 2 months.
Enough time to learn how to fuel your brain, get psychologically strong & grow your mind.
There'd be less stress and more enjoyment.
