There’s so much New Zealand and Australian rugby can learn from the South Africans in regards to cultural representation in every area of the game, not just on the playing field. it’s no wonder they are world champions both on and of the field 🏉❤️
Privilege to win this for @marlow764 's project on NIBP versus Invasive BP in HEMS. Massive credit to Chris, who did all the work! Thanks also to all the @MedSTAR_SA teams who recruited patients. Couldn't have done it without @ben_meadley & @AlexOlaussen too! #PHRM#Retrieval2023

Important quote from Despina's Masters work looking at how prepared paramedics feel about breaking bad news. "I don’t remember ever covering this topic in undergrad, barely covered it in postgrad, and have had ZERO training on it in the workplace". @monash_para @BBeovich

@RFDS_CO_EGMMRS Agree - as in our conclusions, there is a need for PHBP but in a very well defined subset of patients which hasn’t been achieved yet. Remote Oz aeromed far more in tune with military experience and undoubtedly a better model for its use.
@KangarooBeach All about time from scene to delivery to a major trauma centre. Not many reasons, besides entrapment, to camp out on scene. Should prehospital teams be doing more en route to hospital??
