@Ask_foradoctor @DrRJWebb It’s taking the debate to Twitter is not collegial and this is a small percentage of nurses, not the majority. Talking to the conference organiser is the solution as many conferences do tiered fees.
@DrRJWebb @Ask_foradoctor It’s an extreme disingenuous example to create sensationalism and is not collegial. You also need to take into consideration similar nurses don’t get study leave for conferences.
@DrRJWebb @Ask_foradoctor You didn’t say 8a, your example was an 8c. You also haven’t shared the study budgets applicable to doctors which is not reflected in nurses.
@DrRJWebb @Ask_foradoctor This is really not a considered comparison, when you will find 1 or maybe 2 8c ACPs in any NHS hospital. It’s your band 5 nurses that are the main attendees who with 3 - 7 years experience are on £30 - 34k without a study budget.
@ATACCGroup This is really interesting, how does if differ (other than OSPES / MCQ) to the Diploma in Immediate Medical Care (DIMC): https://t.co/fDWYzHEROF
