Hi @BeeNetwork my wife has just had to factory reset her phone would her ticket still be present when she logs back into the bee network app.

@BeeNetwork Would it not be easier to just add on the days where the individual couldn't use the ticket because for those who don't have the cash would have to wait for it to be refunded to their bank potentially 3-5 working days delay to then buy a new ticket.
