@dirkskuyts @Vitality_UK Effectively, they have introduced an algorithm to limit how many rewards are distributed per week. Rather than giving everyone who has achieved a health target, you get to enter a raffle with a limited number of prizes to be distributed amongst some members

I'd rather you randomly tell me if I get an extra reward. Clients should not have to play a game to manage their health.

@Vitality_UK I hate the new Stanley game. I want to be rewarded for looking after my health in a serious manner, not by playing a childish lottery game. I will be leaving if it's not addressed. Your vast reduction in benefits raises concerns about the viability of your product.

My 1st @ThreeUK phone was the E1000 in 2004. I've been with 3 from the beginning! They led in price, fast networks and roaming. With their introduction of roaming charges and uncompetitive pricing, it's time to end our long relationship. Thank you @ThreeUK for our 21 years!

@marknelsoncomic @ScotRail My wife and I often take direct trains to Edinburgh. The service has just been axed. Despite living a short walk from the station we now have to drive 15 mins to a different station on the same line, because the stop over takes too long. It's so backwards.

@VolvoCarUK PLEASE find me a Polestar Approved Dealer in Scotland. Here's my special V60 Polestar from @jc_volvo. Booked it in to Edinburgh Volvo for dealer recommended work. They incorrectly identified the model, didn't understand the Ohlins suspension, and declined the work.
