See English translated version of the original image that bad Chinese text verifying that the same boys who tortured Wang Wang also tortured another cat in their village of Pingpu/ Pingbu.

An eyewitness villager in the image also reports that the five boys continue to torture and kill animals with impunity until today. I also translated that to English.

Their monstrous parents did nothing to tell them to stop torturting and killing stray animals. They only told the five Jieyang boys of Pingpu village never to record their sadism again as evidence.

Their parents are also terrible and evil. These boys learned from example.
