@stevemagness Currently running 80 mpw, threshold pace is around 6:30. Probably not fast enough to break 3 on this attempt, but we’ll find out in October. So far, increasing mileage doesn’t seem to have resolved my limitation or bottleneck- seems it’s more a pace-at-threshold for this novice
