@ExeterHipUnit I’ve always noticed the 37.5 #0 broach is bigger than the 44 #0. I believe it has something to do with the release order of the stem (37.5 being the original DDH stem). Can you please explain? Such a good fun fact and not in the black book or the net.
@traumaticum@Gnomelover1970@stevemchale@eric_novack You should to one further and clip you patients drapes onto the nurses mayo table. That then gives you a sterile locker for the ii to sit in, and allows you to swing the arm out into extension on the mayo table.
@sportsdoc2016@InvictaOrtho@traumaticum@orthotraumamd@generalorthomd Would have been avoided if the set screw was engaged (doesn’t have to be locked even). This nails screw can not rotate even if the screw is engaged a little bit. The surgeon forgot to tighten the set screw at the end of the case (even to allow controlled collapse)
If you'd thought about giving up I recommend one more go. Most challenging one yet.

@vitualis Hi Dr Tam. Really enjoyed your covid-19 modelling in early 2020. Do you have any current predictions, or is the heterogenicity between states too complex?
