#WorldKidneyCancerDay is coming up on June 18!
This year’s theme, “Kidney Cancer and Emotional Wellbeing,” shines a light on the emotional challenges that often come with a #KidneyCancer diagnosis—anxiety, uncertainty, isolation, and worries about the future.
In the 2025 Global Patient Survey, 85% of kidney cancer patients reported experiencing emotional wellbeing challenges, yet many never discuss them with loved ones or their care teams.
This World Kidney Cancer Day, we’re helping raise awareness and encouraging more open conversations about emotional health, support, and resilience within the kidney cancer community.

And more!
I review the statistics in ~200 manuscripts a year for some of the top urology journals in the world.
Here's what I actually do — and the mistakes I see in almost every paper. 🧵
📢 We're growing the statistical editing team for the @EUplatinum family of journals!
We're looking for multiple Statistical Editors with biostatistics expertise and clinical research experience to join @EUplatinum@EurUrolOncol@EurUrolFocus@EurUrolOpen

Finally, someone has solved a real problem with AI! No more having to take a paper in the format for a journal that rejected you, and reformat it for a new journal. Well done!!
