Problem with me is I don’t know how to beg, maybe it has to do with having an ego but if you tell me to back off, please do not expect me to push. I’ll back off more than Salah’s hairline
maisha yako huanza kukuwa soft the moment umewacha kujistress about the things you can't change, unafaa ukiamka unafikiria tu nitakula nini leo, ukishapata unafaa ulale the whole day ama utembee to relieve boredom
Mimi kwa relationship from the moment tunaanza kudate I'm already looking forward to losing you coz I'm always sure love inaisha. Na hii si ati ni negative thinking. Ni reality. Love is real but it's not designed to last.
Lakini you guys risk so much, unaleta msichana wa hook-up kejani na you go ahead ata kufunga macho. Heri niishi kusimp kwa my primary crush ama home girl mtu akinifanya mbaya najua mahali nitamtoa
Women’s whole game plan is simple: take a man’s time, money, attention, validation, and energy… while giving back as little as possible including avoiding sex
Never reward inconsistency with continued access. If someone shows up when it benefits them and disappears when it doesn’t, do not compensate with understanding. You don’t correct unreliable behavior with patience. You correct it by making access conditional.
The easiest way to make a woman want to have sex with you is by doing this ONE trick that has a 98% success rate. OGs know it, most men don’t. The trick is:
i will teach you 5 things you should think twice before sharing, pay attention;
1. your next move; the moment you announce your plans, you may invite unnecessary opinions, pressure or interference. whenever possible, let your results speak for themselves.
2. discussing your finances unnecessarily. whether you have little or a lot, sharing too much can lead to judgment, envy, or unwanted expectations. your financial situation doesn't have to be public.
3. announcing your good deeds just to gain praise. kindness has the greatest impact when it's genuine not when it's performed for attention.
4. making complaint a habit. it's healthy to seek support from trusted people when you need it but constantly dwelling on problems rarely solves them. resilience grows through action as well as reflection.
5. be careful with family matters too. not every disagreement or private issue needs to be shared with the world. protecting your family's privacy helps to preserve trust and peace.
a wise person speaks when they have something meaningful to say while a thoughtful person also knows when silence is the better choice. bookmark and share with others.
The great work has never been done by a calm nervous system. the calm ones, the regulated breathers, the grounded ones, they produce nothing of value. because nothing of value was ever made by someone who was okay with being here. the stars were born from collapse. the best shit on this planet came out of people who were not functioning, whose nervous system was a mess, raw and misfiring. God does not give visions to the well rested.
Be nonchalant when it comes to women. In fact, the more nonchalant you are, the more women you tend to attract. Treat everything about dating and pursuing women casually. Don't carry anything woman-related on your head.
I've lived my life this way for a long time, and it has given me so much peace of mind. I can have 99 problems, but women or relationship wahala are never one of them.
Socially smart people often won’t tell you to your face when they disagree with you because they can sense intuitively that you are too attached to the outcome of the interaction and that you couldn’t handle disagreement. So they will just agree with you… but then you might not hear from them again.
It’s easy to assume this is “fake” when really it’s just what intelligent people do to protect their energy. If you went around saying what you really thought all of the time you’d make way too many enemies, and get in way too many unproductive arguments (cortisol spikes = aging)
Of course the only way to make genuine connections is to say what you really think… but especially if you intend to be deeply involved in society, you must train your intuition to know who can take it.
Everybody is an open book if you’re paying attention. Especially when you know everything they say and do is a reflection of their relationship with themselves. Once you understand that, you can predict anyone’s behavior. Never let anyone surprise you.
The world is ruled by self-interest. The dumbest people reject this idea. The evil people focus on short-term interest. The smartest people know that their own self-interest lies in the long term. And therefore, they need to have as many people on their side as possible.
Understand this:
Self-interest is not the quick win.
Self-interest is the sustained and incremental growth.
Yes, quick wins feel good.
But if you’re too focused on the short-term, you step on too many toes and make unbecoming enemies. This is one of the many reasons you can’t sleep on your social skills. Whether we like it or not, we will always have to deal with people.
Your ability to have allies and friends that have your back is in your long term self-interest. You need to transcend “transactional” relationships.
Give.
Give.
Give.
Only stop giving when you see that the other side is only there to take. The bright side is that most people are actually good people. No matter what the news and mainstream propaganda portrays.
Do not fear people.
Befriend them.
If most people are on your side then your enemies are on the losing side.
my therapist changed my life when he taught me there are 4 types of conversation:
1) small talk (weather, etc)
2) swapping (you tell a story, I tell a story)
3) listening (you tell a story, I listen/validate)
4) problem-solving (you tell me a story, I help solve the problem)
