Wow. Going to one of India’s premier colleges and once again branding a young, questioning generation as “Dimagi Naxals” has got to be among the most shameful things a Prime Minister can do. And on Teacher’s Day.
He could have spoken about why SRCC’s own teachers have had to protest over denial of medical and childcare leave. He could have promised SRCC’s students better infrastructure that’s crumbling. He could have acknowledged the crushing pressure of hyper-competition they face.
He could have also spoken about nearly 1 lakh schools shutting down in a decade. About 9 crore young Indians trapped without any jobs, any education and any training. About 73% of school students dropping out before completing higher secondary education. He could even have answered for his own government SLASHING education budget by HALF in last 12 years!
But he chose none of it.
Instead, the Prime Minister used Teacher’s Day to deliver yet another political lecture DEMONISING an entire generation of young Indians for committing one unforgivable act in his eyes: questioning those in power.
A Prime Minister should give the young hope, not such stupid labels. He should answer their questions, not vilify them for asking.
What a pathetic state of affairs.

Some traders think,
"I don't trade expiry, so CAS doesn't affect me."
Markets are ecosystems.
When one part loses liquidity, every other part eventually feels it through wider spreads, poorer execution and changing behaviour.
No disruption stays isolated for long.

NSE CAS is the New Age form of Age Old "MATKA"
One Number is Opened at a Given Time and you Lose All or Win ALL based on that
Enjoy, we are moving Backwards from Casino to MATKA

This is the exact replica of Jane Street regime, but atleast back then we had more opportunities & more leverage.
Now with just 2 0DTEs & a blind last 15 min, trading this market would be walking around with a sticker on your forehead "MAIN CHUTIYA HOON"
Long trading holiday
CAS is surgical strike on Indian option traders.
If Govt's objective was to reduce excessive retail participation in option market, policymakers have finally found a powerful weapon: CAS.
Now, it's over..
1.Reduction of 0DTEs
2.Utterly stupid ELM
3.Choking of prop trading
4.Increasing STT, which itself is a redundant tax
Now this horrendous CAS.
SEBI seems to have lost it.

After CAS implementation there is no transparency in Indian derivative market.
After 3:15 small traders has to guess only.
Only market movers know the closing and they will have benefit only.
It’s not a justified market now for all.
@FinMinIndia
Let’s stop trading option for a few months.
If u all are agree then spread this as much as possible and bring down volume.
I don’t have any position today.
One day Trumph baba will tweet at 3:15 and they will move nifty 3% on expiry day to mint retailers money.
I am suggesting all retailers to not sell option after 2:30 pm on expiry day.
When all the traders were screaming at the top of their lungs about unusual price behaviour during Jane Street era, SEBI turned deaf for a whole yr.
It took action only after 2 yrs.
Now this CAS is so ripe for bigger manipulation & we'll keep screaming for a yr.
Hopeless!
End of option trading. Final nail in the coffin has been hit with this CAS regulation.
I am still not getting how option trader can discover price when spot is stopped for couple of minutes.
No technical analysis or any algorithm can help. It's pure Casino table.

All rules are made to benefit only big players.
One example : 25% margin increased on expiry day even for selling.
Who told them that sellers are loser so increase margin on expiry day?
We can not use our own 25% capital to sell far OTM option on expiry day.
Irony just died again. The cleanest man in Indian politics did not need an SC certificate of his integrity. Instead it is those who sought to implicate him in these charges who ought to be thoroughly ashamed of themselves.

Out of 45.3 lakh shareholders, 44.4 lakh are Retail Investors.
They still follow physical purple account-opening forms, in this digital yug.
The Lilavati Trust dispute is really affecting the bank's image and action on employees will not simply get it back to normal.
This is One Of Most Candid Talk on any private bank by an ordinary shareholder and Family Office Manager too.
Consistency matters more than propaganda.
When India was projected as the world's 4th largest economy, every media channel and minister was eager to celebrate it
Now, the same people seem unwilling to even acknowledge that India slipped to 6th place.
Best critic of PM Modi is CM Modi.
Go back and watch old speeches of CM Modi on: • Rupee depreciation • Petrol/Diesel price hikes • Inflation • Advising people not to buy gold • Centre's economic policies
It's fascinating how the same issues can sound completely different depending on whether you're in opposition or in government.
