Please RT! We are excited to announce @global_nmr will be hosting our 2nd annual Twitter Conference on #NMR spectroscopy for students and postdocs this summer, July 19-21. Stay tuned for more details!

It's here–the deepest, sharpest infrared view of the universe to date: Webb's First Deep Field.
Previewed by @POTUS on July 11, it shows galaxies once invisible to us. The full set of @NASAWebb's first full-color images & data will be revealed July 12: https://t.co/63zxpNDi4I
Chemoton has made it onto GitHub! v2.0.0 is also on the PyPI.
Its BSD-3 licensed, so have fun with it everyone!
Of course a huge thanks to everyone involved. This has been a long time in the making, and we are already preparing v2.1.0.

It seems my connection errors are fixed. I can login with telnet or bsms, but Topspin won't start with this error:
OrbManager: Error: CORBA::SystemException: INITIALIZE (IDL:https://t.co/GE5teII3UF)
We have some older #Bruker#NMR spectrometer needing Topspin 1.3, but our supply of spare computer parts is slowly running out for the CentOS 5 machines.
Is there a more modern solution for old hardware in the #NMRcommunity or the #NMRchat?

I'm trying to run TS1.3 on a newer CentOS or virtual machine, but something in the network comm. seems to fail.
Inside a CentOS 5 VM I can ping the console and start TS using it's license, but then 'cf' can't find/start the CCU. In CentOS 7 get a CORBA error on TS start.

@nmr900 Thank you for the link. I think my network card names are correct, because I can ping the console. I already followed this blog post, which seems to imply they got it working...

@TTKoev Codeblocks probably changed something in the PATH variable of windows. That way Topspin is not able to find a suitable Python installation, because Codeblocks removed it while uninstalling.
You can check the PATH in the advanced system settings.

The Groupement AMPERE has started a collection of short educational videos on topics in Magnetic Resonance. We check them for scientific accuracy and will organize the according to topics.

@ChirpDontTweet @mryanhansen@JPhysChem We are definitely exploring more places to apply these theories, but you should be able to change the aquistion to our MAS-WCPMG method to gain sensitivity after normal CP. We measured Pb directly, but it worked really well there.
That is my first paper right there! So great to finally see it online. Thanks everybody for the great work together.
I can only encourage everybody to try this for your UW experiments.

Need chemical shift resolution in your ultra-wideline NMR experiment? Check out this extension of WCPMG to work under MAS conditions! @mbusskamp@mryanhansen@ProfMarkStein#NMRchat

@sarahdcady @nmr900 Please let me know if it worked, or what did the trick in the end. Then I can add Debian to the list of possible systems for new people.
@sarahdcady @nmr900 In newer Ubuntu versions I use these commands to install topspin. For the display not found error.
~$ xhost +
~$ sudo su -
~$ chmod +X /absolute/path/topspin-4.x.x-linux.sh
~$ env DISPLAY=:0 /absolute/path/topspin-4.x.x-linux.sh
Then install Codemeter from their site.
Today we release a new version of Serenity. Version 1.3.0 is the biggest leap in terms of features yet. DLPNO-CC, new functionals, more embedding features and improved speed are to be mentioned for sure. Go give it a try, its free and open! #compchem
