@ronancollins7 Walked deserted corridors in one of Irelands largest tertiary hospitals this Christmas, through NY. A shocking lack of staff & significant delays in diagnostics & patient care. Needs a robust service plan and resourcing to make any impact here, otherwise it’s just rhetoric.
