The mission is evidence.

For people looking for answers about their own situation, the primary path is our private one-on-one Scanning & Documentation appointments in Reno, Nevada.

These appointments are limited because each person receives dedicated time with our team and equipment.

Phase 1 begins with preliminary scanning designed to document what our equipment detects and determine whether the findings justify further investigation.

Our JM-20 PRO RF scan documents anomalous frequencies around a person and possible emissions within the surrounding environment.

Our EDD-24XT Non-Linear Junction Detector identifies silicon-based anomalies through nonlinear harmonic responses associated with semiconductor junctions.

Clients receive a written report documenting the findings. Video of the scans is recorded and securely retained by Mind Nexus for potential Phase 2, investigative or legal documentation when appropriate.

Thermal imaging with the FLIR C8 may also be used when abnormalities identified during the RF or NLJD process warrant additional documentation.

Then comes Phase 2 — Coaching & Next Steps.

Phase 2 isn’t automatic and it doesn’t happen immediately.

After your results are reviewed, your written report explains how Phase 2 works. If you want to be added to the Phase 2 list, you can request that at that time.

Phase 2 may include coaching on how to organize your documented findings, determining what outside professionals may need to review them and discussing what controlled next-step testing may be appropriate.

In certain cases, that may include verification of documented frequencies inside a Faraday cage or shielded testing environment to determine whether those frequencies remain present, change, reduce or disappear under shielding.

When specific frequencies are documented, additional research may also be done to determine whether they correspond to known licensed bands, carriers, systems or other identifiable sources.

Depending on the findings, further testing through qualified medical professionals, expert review or possible legal pathways may also be discussed.

Phase 1 documents. Phase 2 guides. Additional professionals may be needed. Timelines can vary.

NEW: Hunter Biden reportedly knew the "anonymous" identities of 70 % of his art buyers — after the White House claimed Hunter was "not involved in the sale or discussions about the sale of his art,” and that Hunter will not be “informed” of “who is purchasing his art.”

Hunter's art sales worry Republicans due to the often nefarious nature of the art world:

1 - Money laundering is a major issue in the industry, according to a 2020 Senate report.

2 - Some Republicans believe the Biden business laundered money.
