If you are sick, not feeling well worried about your health, think you may be dying, having a heart attack, stroke or cancer do you want to see a NURSE or a DOCTOR? Do you want PHYSICIAN or NURSING lead care? Who do you think will give you THE SAFEST & BEST CARE?
Check out this Dr @MartyMakary clip shared by ex Facebook Software Engineer @shootingsoul in one of his recent important educational videos (https://t.co/tUV9fGzECl) where he is working to expose the current technocrat #WokeAgenda plan to dominate our thoughts behaviors & actions
This tik tok had close to $1 million views last night and over 25k retweets and, in 24 hours, was pulled down @JanJekielek Do we still believe this is about a virus? They who want to control don’t want you to make discoveries. I tried to repost it, and it says “ under review” … UNDER review by WHO? I am leading the Microbiome Research clinically. Who else knows what Blautia or Roseburia does or what they are, or is it normal to have them? Please teach me... Here’s my advice; EDUCATE YOURSELF to stay alive. This is NOT about health… If it was... “discovering the loss of Bifidobacteria in severe covid patients would have hit mainstream media.” They would have pushed vitamins, exercise, and gut health for you to survive Covid. This is about control. This is about removing your freedom to speak and freedom to choose. Unite to fight for the truth. Stop the division. Your politician will not save you. @Progenabiome was created to empower you, to #letdrsbedrs, to #Savethebif. This is my life’s mission NOW!! The moment they interfered with my research, they woke me up, and I am a hurricane in research. #WATCHME #ROAR.. No Dr will innovate if this continues... No Dr will try a drug or a treatment if medicine continues to be political. We cannot afford to interfere with research because we all will be patients. Research needs to be pure and unbiased and we MUST be able to challenge the narrative.
Responsibility with no authority is the most demeaning thing…and it’s the story of healthcare.
Clinicians have responsibility to answer their patients’ questions…but no authority to book patients for more than 10-minute visit lengths. That’s the time squeeze set by admin/corporations running the clinic…
Patients have responsibility for their health…but no authority over the resources they need to better it — specialist visit? Need a referral. Medication? Need prior auth. Surgery? Out of network…
Clinicians have responsibility for patient satisfaction, but no authority to fix staffing shortages, long wait times, dirty bathrooms…again, third parties hold the power (and the budget) to fix those issues…
Healthcare works together as a team, but we’ve unfortunately allowed our authority to be stolen by third parties: insurance, corporations, private equity, etc…the misbalance between power and responsibility is where we are all left disenfranchised. No wonder burnout is so prevalent, for clinicians and patients both.
🎇1/ Well said.
@GeBaiDC: “…many tax-exempt hospitals have been deviating from their original charitable pursuits to focus on expanding their market share and enhancing profitability. Their behaviors are inconsistent with the charitable missions.”
@adamcifu@MHadziMD It’s a relevant, but it shouldn’t color the picture of the differential diagnosis from the start Maybe they should go under social history moving forward.

PE is fundamentally incompatible with medicine.

@mdstrickland13@InfoNbpas A new certification isn’t really what we need, our training and competency is good for life but it’s a step in the right direction
Congratulations and Gratitude @InfoNbpas for a decade+ of achievement for patient and profession.
Drs, stop paying the rich baron at abim to "certify" you, and get back to caring for your patients as only you know how. NBPAS will show you how.
Hospital systems too often use their market power to engage in anticompetitive behavior, which acts as a tax on patients, companies & taxpayers. With govt slow to respond & without the resources to investigate, @Arnold_Ventures helps fight to reduce costs.

Hi, @AnthemBCBS: I have a preemie baby who can’t get his life-saving medication because you won’t cover it without me speaking to someone about pre-authorization. For 3 days I’ve been leaving messages and getting lost in phone trees. Can someone please DM me? We need to talk.
An overcrowded Emergency Department is a overcrowded hospital that chooses to put all the risk on a team who is already sinking. How many good ED nurses / Doctors and allied professionals are we to loose before it changes and risk is shared.
