@TheCurrentCBC I also had a pin... and called within 10 minutes. Rogers told me account/number was safe. It wasn’t. Two days later hacker was in my online accounts, buying 2K on my PayPal and harassing me via text/call. Rogers still has no answers.

UPDATE: just heard from @rogers. They ported my number on Jan 18 and when I called - THEY TOLD ME IT WAS SAFE. They lied to me for DAYS and allowed me to be hacked and harassed.
