During our informal review period for the 2023 State Mandated Triennial Property Value Update we had over 7,600 people use our Value Portal to see their new market values. Of that, we saw 422 informal complaints to new values of which roughly 1/6 received some change.

@WasteManagement #poorservice #incompetence have waited 28 days for toter service. When I moved in 4 weeks ago I had 4 toters. After 2 weeks I had 1 toter. Last week I had 3. I have called 3 times & wasted 3 lunch hours trying to get this mess straightened out.

@AppleSupport #bad service. my daughter had an issue with her iphone8. The sound quit working. The apple store replaced the phone at an unknown cost charged to a credit card and the store provided no receipt or trade in credit & no box. Woodmere, oh. The mgr won’t call back
