I would like to say thank you to the @PARaidersHockey for an amazing 3 years of fun, hard work and dedication. Thank you to my teammates, We built friendships that will last a lifetime. Thank you to the community for all the support.
Thank you Prince Albert!
@Princes77307394@KIN110UofR I think all three of these concepts work along side one another to be more environmental friendly. I think a business looks at these 3 concepts as one, and what they can do to be better for the environment
@HughNestor2@KIN110UofR I think while there is some benefits to hosting the Olympics such as revenue to buisnesses and such the end cost of the community paying to host is well over this amount making it actually harmful
@thorp_karson@KIN110UofR I think that while the city is recognized for hosting these events, it definitely brings in revenue to businesses especially hotels and restaurants. Also gives companies opportunities to be sponsors
@hbg314@KIN110UofR I think for the most part it is positive, until people decide to abuse the use of media to spread accusations and such about athletes and/or teams
@ZachSchaan@KIN110UofR I agree, while I do keep up to date with sports apps on games, I also keep up to date with different social media apps to see what’s going on in sports!
@KrewayRyan@Rana_elgendy22@KIN110UofR I agree, while times may be set up for the convenience of American viewers, there is many other people around the world who also watch the olympics. This then brings the idea up of why isn’t the broadcast at a convenient time for different regions
@KIN110UofR why do you think it is that women athletes are asked more personal questions in interviews, where men are asked about their thoughts on the game
@ZachSchaan@ddxxzzyy@KIN110UofR I totally agree that it would be easier if there was one stream, however I think that if there was only one streaming broadcast, organizations and sponsors would be much more difficult to get as there would be so many different teams and such that are needing sponsoring

While violence is often normal in sports, if it leads to injury or death even by accident it could change yours and others life forever
@hbg314@KIN110UofR I think that while some may see women who are violent in sports as competing, but I also think that sometimes people see them as ‘crazy’
@Reecekuski@KIN110UofR I think hockey should remain a contact sport. It’s part of the game, and taking it out would drastically change the game. I think rules to penalize those for causing different types of contact is important, but overall it can’t be taken out of the game
@victoriasuwala@KIN110UofR I think we may have genes that inhibit violence, however I think that the environment we are in can activate or deactivate this gene of being violent
@KIN110UofR
Studies have shown that men are more deviant then women. Do you think this has to do with the fact men are seen playing more aggressive and physical sports? Or do deviant men happen to play these type of sports?
@MartonMakenna@KIN110UofR I believe that if you are taking this for the right reasons- because you are sick, then it shouldn’t be seen as deviant. When athletes begin to abuse it and use it for other reasons i think it is deviant
