@codyaims we automate inspection paperwork (AS9102, PPAP, etc) to let quality teams focus on parts, prevent source rejections, and make sure shops get paid on time.

Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃
last night’s hackathon w/ @cursor_ai: CRM → live customer map. didn't fully grasp our diversity via CRM, wild seeing the Aerospace & Defense manufacturers we serve across the US 🚀
alright we’re doing this. sign up here https://t.co/U0QWivTsST
october 10th to wrap mfg/tech week
tacos, drinks (if over 21) and manufacturing/hardware as far as the eye can see
@TheRealRPuri@jachiam0 This randomly popped on my feed, I’m p sure we interned at Lab126 a decade ago 👀
If you’re interested in mfg happy to chat / come to our machine shop and PCB fabs and check it out first-hand
It’s rare to announce a new hire and acquisition in one go, but today is extra special.
Meet Doug Johnson. Doug has been making parts for fighter jets from scratch since 1992. He and his wife now join the @AmcaInc team, bringing with them the company they built over decades.
@aphysicist automating quality inspection reports (AS9102s). currently processing 1200+ reports/month! usually takes hours / days in excel. often times parts get completed but can't ship / invoice bc of paperwork bottleneck
@SizeEighteen@tay_loehr How do ya'll do FAIs? I built @GoGroundControl to help automate AS9102s, we have 100+ shops around the country using our software to generate 1k+ reports/month. LMK, can do a 15 min demo today.
GroundControl (@GoGroundControl) is building vertical AI for highly regulated manufacturing, starting with the aerospace industry. 70+ facilities are already using them to automate over 1000 quality reports (FAIRs) every month.

Congrats on the launch, @mehooligan_, Matt, and Nick!
Achieving Product-Market Fit (PMF) in B2B isn't the enigma many assume. Here's my playbook if I were launching a new B2B venture today:
1. Target Market: Identify a market large enough to potentially scale to $100M ARR in 4-8 years.
2. Niche Focus: Start with a specific segment of that larger market.
3. Customer Immersion: Spend 6-12 months in the trenches, doing the job of our target customer. This might even involve working in their office or being on their payroll to truly understand their pain points and needs.
4. Co-Development: Use the next 6-12 months to collaboratively build the first version of the product with real-time feedback from customers.
5. Launch Ready: Go to market with a product that has 90% of PMF figured out, significantly reducing upfront risk.
This approach not only speeds up the path to PMF but also deeply aligns the product with the customers' needs from day one.
Buddy will text you periodically to check in on your progress and ultimately help you achieve your goals. Lmk what you think.
Will update as I launch more features, let me know if there's anything you'd like to see.
Over the last 24 hrs, solved both of the above and launched https://t.co/eE70sbGIJJ

Focused on customer discovery interviews and sales lately
(1) tried setting #s and goals w/ deadlines but would always forget to keep track of my progress.
(2) sales has me missing building cool things
There's something special about building a software tool and then becoming its most active user.
Here's a story of how we stumbled on a use-case for @GoGroundControl that we now use every single day. 🧵 (1/8)
Essentially, GroundControl captures knowledge to UPSERT into Notion and then delivers it back to us whenever we need it. It's made us 10x more efficient. 🧵(7/8)
