Our UCB Powerlifting Competition is back on Wednesday May 22nd.
This year is extra special for the Sports Therapy programme as it will be held in memory of Joseph Eastwood, one of our L4 cohort. Additionally we will be raising money for @BoysInMindUK

The large variance in sweat rates demonstrates the difficulty with making general recommendations. Hope I haven’t missed the point again 🤣
