It would be hard for me to put in all that time, money, and energy in, have enormous debt and then realize this is not the right place for me. I think many doctors are walking away and I know a few. I think medicine and health will look a lot different in the coming years with amazing innovations that look nothing like the pharma captured approach we have now. Hopefully we can take the best of pharma medicine and leave the rest. Hopefully, we will see doctors return to medicine who love what they do, are innovative, and support people to truly heal without charging people outrageous amounts. Good luck to you Doc. I am sure you will find the next thing that brings together all of your experience and current passions.
