Kali was peacefully sleeping when, she was allegedly brutally killed by being crushed with a stone. She had no voice to beg for mercy, no one to protect her.

This is a horrific act of animal cruelty that cannot go unpunished.

We urge @MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice to:

✅ Register an FIR immediately if not already done and add all applicable legal provisions where warranted.
✅ Take strict legal action against the accused without delay.
✅ Conduct a fair, impartial, and time-bound investigation.
✅ Ensure justice for Kali.

When devastating floods struck Nazira, 13-year-old Hrideep Panika didn't think twice before jumping into the raging waters to save his three-month-old puppy, Barun. He managed to rescue his beloved companion, but was swept away by the powerful current and never returned.

Born into a family of daily wage labourers, Hrideep had very little. Yet, in his final act, he gave the world a lesson in courage, compassion, and unconditional love.

Today, his family is grieving an unimaginable loss. But Hrideep's selfless sacrifice will forever stand as a reminder that humanity shines brightest in acts of kindness, even towards those who cannot speak for themselves.
